Most people have had chicken salad, but this play on the traditional dish will leave you begging for more! This is a quick and easy way to prepare lunch for the family or a great dish to bring to gatherings.

Instructions:

  1. Debone and finely chop the leftover turkey
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a medium-size bowl until well combined. 
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
